I cannot say enough wonderful things about Midtown pet retreat. The staff has been Amazing! I always feel so comfortable and confident leaving Jax with them. They truly care about your furry family member.

We have a female 13 year old GSD and a female 2 year old Pit Bull/Weenie mix, both have anxiety/traumas and are rescues. They had both recently started a diet and my husband and I were hopeful that Midtown would be a better fit for them than Farmhouse was with adhering to their diets/needs and just general care. We were NOT disappointed! The girls were able to stay together to help with the Pit Bull mix’s anxiety from being in a shelter. They(Midtown) did AMAZING with the girls diet, toys, and watching their feedings because they require slow feed bowls. I have been taking my golden retriever, Bronn, there since he was 6 months old. He loves going. He is happier to see the caretakers that work there than he is to see me most days. The people working there have been with Bronn almost his whole life. I am always very comfortable taking/keeping him there.
