Midtown, thank you for ALL you do, please keep up the great work! These folks at Midtown, especially Kelly, have a level of commitment to the animals like no other. Kelly is the first one to put herself out there to do all possible to make these furry members of your family feel cared for and loved. We have German Shepards, and Kelly and Candice and Tosha and the team have worked and worked at establishing a loving and caring relationship with our dogs, one of which has been slow to the process but has reached impressive success! Our Shepards initially came here years ago with great standoffishness and it would be easy to steer clear of them, but Kelly and her team worked with them at a slow and steady pace and they love our dogs and the dogs love them! I have even had the occasion to talk with Zach, the owner, who set the standard of expectations for the staff through his own modeling of characteristics of being solid, caring, responsible, responsive, and dedicated to the staff and the business. It is a three-hour round-trip drive for us to bring them to Midtown, and it is a three-hour trip we will make every time as there is nowhere else we would leave these furry family members.
