Working with John Crain is always an amazing experience! The way he can communicate with building owners about the mitigation process and his knowledge in dealing with insurance carriers is amazing!
We had a major water leak over Christmas, once I got the water turned off I called John and the next day he and the crew were out and they ripped up carpet and threw down multiple fans and dehumidifier’s and within 72 hrs we were all dried out with no extensive damages. Excellent service and they worked with our homeowners insurance so I didn’t have to.
Had a broken pipe under my house that a plumber fixed, but I needed someone to check for water damage. I called Crain Restoration Services and John Crain himself answered. He was at my house in about an hour to take a look.
What really impressed me was how honest he was—no upselling, no pressure. He gave me great advice on what needed to be done and even told me how I could handle some of it myself if I wanted to. He offered his services but wasn’t pushy at all.
John is a straight-up honest guy and definitely knows his stuff. He’ll be my first call if I ever need restoration work in the future. Highly recommend!
