Let me say that I know from firsthand experience that this business will go above and beyond for his customers under reasonable circumstances. I ended up locking my keys in my truck and called around; 2 law enforcement agencies and a bunch of referred numbers from the sheriff's office. A lot of those numbers were disconnected or the owners politely declined. One of those numbers recommended this business so I called and Shawn eventually helped me get back on the road. I'm considering just driving out here for my next oil change or tires at this point, and I live north of Fort Worth. 6/5 stars.
Shawn was amazing! I was traveling and having tire lock issues. Couldn’t find anyone else to help me on a Saturday. He didn’t hesitate to come to us and got my family back on the road!
Shawn has worked on our cars for years. He will fix darn near anything at an extremely reasonable price. If he can’t fix it, he’ll help find someone who can. I highly recommend using Lake Service if you have any auto needs at PK.
