Dillon homes did an excellent job building our retirement ranch home. We actually had it built several years ago and I'm just now adding this recommendation. We gave them the design and they went to work. They stuck to the price and did a great job with quality. They were also flexible and easy to work with. During the middle of the build, we decide to add a loft, and it was no big deal. We have been very happy with their work.

Dillon Shell Homes built our custom detached garage. They had built several homes in our area already so we were familiar with their product. My husband and I wanted to build our own house within a 1-year time frame. We decided to hire out the shell and finish out the interior ourselves.
