Hunter Dunn was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, guiding us every step of the way. He was always quick to respond to calls and texts, or would let us know when he could follow up, and he consistently had answers or solutions for any questions we had. He showed us several homes, and I instantly fell in love with one. Within three months, everything was finalized and our home was ready for delivery. Everything we were told would be included was exactly as promised. Peach was also a big help during the process. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a home, whether it’s a starter home or your forever home. Of course, with mobile or modular homes, there can be minor issues at first, but nothing that Economy Housing or Hunter Dunn can’t help resolve. After reading some negative reviews, I honestly find them hard to believe based on our experience. If you’re considering purchasing a home, I definitely recommend giving them a call.“

I was able to be on site during the entire process and it was enjoyable to interact with the different crews and see how well they worked together. Each crew answered my many questions and as changes came up, spoke with Alex and there was no problem getting things added or done the way I wanted.
