I called to see if they had availability for a wash and cut today (Saturday) and the woman on the phone said she would ask and have someone text or call me back. (After going there, they don’t seem to have a receptionist.) I got a text pretty quickly with a few available times. I chose one and asked if they were comfortable with curly hair. They replied they were very comfortable with it.My appointment was with Sydney. She was so friendly. She showed me photos of other curly hair she has cut since our text and then asked what I wanted. I won't let anyone else touch my family's hair. I've never been disappointed, she makes sure you get what you want the way you want it. Wont let you leave unless your completely satisfied with your new do. Takes her time to do it right, never rushes you. Very very experienced!!!

I tried calling to get prices and details on what all comes with a haircut. And the "stylist" that picked up asked of I wanted to talk with the owner. Not really. But 'okay'. And she said well you'll have to call back tomorrow morning when she's actually here. What?! So you can't tell me the services you perform with a basic hair cut and what I will cost, when a person calls to see about potentially making an appointment? I get it, you may have been busy or with a client, but these questions should be able to be answered by your receptionist. This place....
