JLBJ is a great company, very affordable and always do an amazing job! I had some issues with the permit department but Ashley and the rest of the team at JLBJ were very helpful and went out of their way to help me with everything and get it all taken care of. They are my go to septic company!
JLBJ Converted our Septic system and updated old water lines on our renovation. We aren’t living in the home yet, so it took us a couple days to turn the water back on. I texted BJ on a Saturday saying the water was leaking at the street. Twenty minutes later he called me to tell me a plumber was in route to fix it ASAP. I was shocked! Good customer service is hard to find these days. The leak was fixed on a Saturday afternoon and water turned back on. Very different experience than with most contractors I have dealt with!
I have nothing but good stuff to say about my experience with JLBJ. They put a septic tank in for my mom’s house I’m building. The crew that did it was great. The price was very fair. And from beginning to end Ashley was fantastic. She was great to communicate with which means alot to me. I highly recommend this place.
