“Let me start by saying that my hair was in bad shape. I had grey in the front, dirty blonde at the roots, and brassy orange on the main crown of my head and brown on the ends. Don't ask me, I asked for brown hair and to please add lots of blue because red will show through and become brassy. It never happens how I ask. Since the day I was in charge of my own hair, I have not found 1 Colorist who actually got it right, until Michele. Not only is she a master at her career, she is your friend the minute you sit in her chair. Michele is patient and adds her knowledge and ideas. I loved how one of her main points of focus was to keep my hair healthy. She listens to a variety of music so be prepared to be dancing in your chair or singing to your favorite 80's Rock Band. The big reveal: I couldn't believe the results. Honestly, I love my hair. I haven't loved my hair in a very very very long time. I now love wearing my hair down instead of hiding it.
