Took my dog to Banfield for YEARS before moving to Smithville. The vet was AMAZING. I love being able to be in the back with my pup, she made her feel comfortable and took time to listen to me and explain everything perfectly. I love her honesty and she diagnosed my pup after being brushed off for 3 years!
I am glad I went there with my Doberman today. Everyone is friendly and cares about the animals. Everything they did today was more affordable than so many of the other vets around that are getting bought up. We have found a good one here.
Dr. Herring is awesome! She's very practical and caring and doesn't push unnecessary procedures and medications. She also has good insticts. Prices are reasonable as well. She's helping us keep our 16-year-old pup in tip-top shape!
