I was taken back on time, spent 5 minutes with the assistant completing the check in process. Then waited 20 minutes for the DDS to come in to complete my exam. The hygienist was waiting for me. The cleaning was completed in a timely manner. She took me upfront to check out. She told the front desk I was ready to check out. I sat down close to the check out desk. After 15 minutes of listening to the front desk chatter, I went over to the check in side. One of the two front desk assistants looked at me totally confused. I can’t say enough wonderful things about Dr. Bihm and Destiny! I’ve always been extremely nervous about dental procedures. From the moment I walked in, they made me feel completely at ease. Dr. Bihm took the time to explain every step, answered all my questions patiently, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire visit. Their calm, gentle manner and genuine compassion truly set them apart.
Something else that stood out was the level of care after my procedure. Dr. Bihm personally called the next day to check on me and make sure I was feeling okay and didn't have any concerns.
My first time at Wolf Ranch Dental and I had a very pleasant experience. The entire process went smoothly and it was nice to see Dr. Bihm, Katy, Lauren, and Nicole working together as a team to handle a busy Friday. Everyone’s energy felt very positive and bright, just like the improved smile that I left the office with! ? Highly recommend if you like a fun and lively, yet professional environment for your dental needs.
