EDIT*** For reaching out to me 3 months late, they are closing my account and dismissing any payment whether I had one or not. I suppose this was a better way of them handling this.They provided services on 10/24/23 and I sent payment that day to them as well for everything and they confirmed over the phone that i was paid up. Now almost 3 months later they send me an unpaid amount invoice, asking me for more money.
