Amazing pediatric home health agency! I started working for this company in April 2020 and have worked as many hours as I want. Good communication and schedule management.The staff in management appreciate their nurses and always work hard to satisfy their needs.
I have now worked for Strive for a year and am still thrilled with my assignment.The company seems invested in our clients. I have 2 clients and both are well provided for.I feel seen and appreciated as a nurse. I haven’t felt that way in over 5 years at my last job. The training was good and they continue to ensure I am happy with my assignment and schedule. Truly could not recommend more.
Strive has been a great place to work. The administrative staff is truly wonderful and they are very flexible with scheduling. They actually care about their staff AND patients. They frequently send tokens of appreciation to let you know you are valued. Also this is the FIRST nursing job I’ve had in my 8 years of nursing where I enjoy going to work.
