I want to give a huge shout out to Premier Pools in Georgetown Tx. About 2 years ago they completed our in-ground pool. They were awesome from start to finish. Today they went above and beyond with two days till the hard freeze hits Texas. My pool equipment decided not turn on. I reached out to the warranty section about 2 pm and they had Jack out here within the hour. He was able to fix my pool equipment very quickly. I have already recommended them to others and will continue too.

We are first time pool owners and didn’t know how the process was going to work! Joe came in and guided us through the design and completely answered all of our questions no matter how ridiculous they were. Once the build started Erik was amazing in keeping us updated on what was going on and when it was going to happen. Even came over on the weekend during the freeze to open up pipes, he always went above our expectations and made the entire process seamless. I can’t thank both Joe and Erik enough for their patience and professionalism during our build. The pool is amazing and we are already enjoy it! Thank You!
Our pool is now complete, and we are extremely pleased with the final result. While the process took some time, it was well worth the wait. This was a big project, and we truly appreciated the care and attention given to ensuring everything was done correctly. Fred Dobson did an excellent job managing the project and keeping us informed throughout the entire process. We would like to thank Fred and the entire crew for their hard work; the pool and landscaping look amazing!
