They came out and ran through the troubleshooting, replacing parts in a methodical order and as the problem wasn’t solved, they moved onto other possible issues. When the final diagnosis was a replacement, they removed the replaced parts so in wouldn’t have to pay for them. They even gave me a full report and suggested that I get a second opinion. The second opinion was the same but they tried to sell me extra features that I didn’t need at $1200 additional cost. Pool Chem was methodical, capable, knowledgeable, trustworthy, quick, and reasonable.

I received great support from Pool Chem Plus in Georgetown. I needed a way to measure the borate concentration in my hot tub. They were able to figure out why their Lamotte Spin Touch was having trouble making the measurement. It took perseverance on their part and I am very grateful to have the testing ability now.
