The weekday and weekend staff at the BS&W Urgent Care on Austin Ave in Georgetown is wonderful. They listen, they were attentive and very helpful. We checked in on-line and did not have to wait. The nurses and providers were absolutely wonderful. Thank you all!!!!!
Seriously when you cannot get in to see your primary care, BS&W on Austin avenue in Georgetown is and the best. You all have been life savers for my 92 year old mother and my 82 year husband. Once again thank you all!
I had a good experience here. The practitioners were friendly, polite and thorough. The only problem was the computers were down so I had to hand carry my prescriptions to CVS which severely slowed down processing .
Honestly, that was the best experience I’ve ever had at any urgent care and I am in my 60s. Great staff, very personable and All of them were in such good moods, which makes it nice.
