John goes absolutely above and beyond to help take care of your trees. He is extremely knowledgeable, cares about the trees, and stands behind his work. His bio-feed had an immediate and noticeable effect on some very aggressive oak-wilt that was spreading through a mott of live oaks. He has been able to stop further leaf drop and has managed to stop it from spreading to other oaks in our yard. We are very pleased with what he has been able to accomplish.

We have some trees that had insect infestation a year ago. Two trees died and then it caught our attention. Luckily we found John and he helped us save the remaining trees. We always turned to John for any tree related questions and he is always helpful and responsive.

John was recommended to me by a good friend. I had a cedar elm that was in bad shape, partially due to drought conditions and partially due to an boring insect infestation. I had already lost one cedar elm and didn't want to lose this one. John identified the issue, sprayed the trunk with the appropriate insecticide and the tree has remained alive. I had another arborist out before him to look at the one that ended up dying and he did not make any recommendations other than continuing to water it. Wish I would have called John first.
