Great initial evaluation and treatment session today. Had dry needling therapy and focused on some key strengthening / stretching routines for the next week. Feel very confident on my rehab plan!
I can’t say enough good things about Reg. He’s incredibly kind, accommodating, and truly listens to what’s going on with your body instead of taking a one-size-fits-all approach. I just started working with him toward the end of this year, but for the first time in a long time I finally feel like I have a clear, realistic plan to help heal my body. He’s flexible, attentive, and makes every session feel intentional and supportive. So grateful to be working with him — highly recommend!
Me and my husband have used Reg not only for PT but recovery. He is so knowledgeable about what he does and has always been able to get me on the up and up again!!!! Such an awesome personality to top it off! He’s your guy, can’t go wrong he will definitely get you back on track!
