While the clinic did eventually address this concern, the initial lack of responsiveness led to dissatisfaction. Despite some negative experiences, many patients noted that the clinic operates efficiently even during busy times, with a friendly atmosphere and attentive doctors. Overall, Baylor Scott & White Clinic - Georgetown Central has a reputation for caring staff but also faces challenges in customer service and billing communication.
I needed a new PCP and I decided to go with Dr. Lauren Isabell. She takes to the time to listen and answers all of my questions. I've seen her a few times now and received excellent care from Dr. Isabell.
I have also needed to have labs done several times and the ladies in the department are wonderful. I hardly feel the needle and they are very friendly to chat with.
The rest of the staff are very friendly as well and I'm happy I have found this location.
UPDATE: This clinic will charge as an outpatient clinic. States on website.
I wish I had read the reviews before I actually booked and saw them: I got a bill for $500 because they processed my visit as an outpatient/emergency visit which was the exact opposite. I was establishing care with a dr and expected to be charged my normal copay which is $35. I haven’t even gotten my labs, that was just for the visit itself and it was pretty basic. Not going back for labs. Called to get financial assistance so we will see what happens. Will definitely find a new clinic that knows how to properly process insurance so I’m not blindsided by horrific bills we can afford.
I have been seeing dr betanski for almost Falmouth four years and I’m very happy and comfortable always on time always pleasant and caring and I can say the same about the P A the nurses ant the front desk staff
