Horrible promised a week turned in to a month just showed up to see any progress she couldn't find them she doesn't know what roper boots look like paid the 90 dollars ahead of time mistake no call from her I just showed up she tried to explain she had a problem with my boots soles my not stay on just give me my boots someone else to fix 90 bucks to learn to never stop their again she needs to go on u tube and learn how to repair boots just glad I got out of their with what was left of my boots scuff marks all around the soles needs more experience training on repair horrible just glad she didn't loose them
I was looking for a place to clean and recondition my twill and leather computer bag and found Barbara! She looked at my bag and admitted the twill material wasn't her expertise but she examined the leather on it and even gave it a wipe down with some oil for free! It was a treat to talk to her about her history with the shop and she explained how my shoes were almost in need of service. I'm glad I found this place and I'll be back with my shoes when they need resoling

Unfortunately due to the design she couldn't do everything that I needed, but she gave me a fair price and quantity work for what she could do.
