APEX Roofing was easy to work with—good communication, showed up when they said they would, and explained everything clearly. Shoutout to the repairs team, and especially Tristen Spencer for the inspection and walking me through the next steps. Professional and efficient from start to finish.
Before we put our house on the market, we wanted to make sure our roof was in good shape. It had a few issues we needed taken care of (around our chimney a few shingles were popping up). We called Apex because they are local (we are in Georgetown/Berry Creek area). Mike Harry came to inspect the next day and was able to fix the roof issues right then and there for a reasonable price, and even helped with re-caulking the pipes and gave them a fresh spray coat so they look brand new. He even blew out our gutters while he was up there! After a thorough inspection, he gave us a clean bill of health and assured us when the house gets inspected by a home inspector, he'd come back out if anything came up after his inspection. We are confident we made the right choice by choosing Apex. We even have a 1 year workmanship warranty with them! Very pleased. Will be recommending to everyone we know.
I called for a repair inspection and estimate and Tristen was there in that same week. Not only was he knowledgeable and super friendly but he was honest. I had several roofing companies tell me I needed a replacement but Tristen repaired it for years to come. I love APEX and recommend them to anyone who needs roof repairs or replacements. I will definitely call them when it’s time to replace my roof
