I have been seeing Dr. Allen for a few years, and I specifically gravitated toward seeing her because she understands the interrelationship of symptoms. I listened to her and tried the exercises she gave, and I was shocked at just how effectively they worked for symptoms that I thought had no particular cure. She came highly recommended to me, and I highly recommend her to you.

Dr Allen did a very thorough exam and identified the problem. She gave me exercises to correct the problem. After just a few weeks, a sacroiliac problem was resolved. This after two months of physical therapy that did not work. Great practitioner. Affordable and extremely effective. Very nice and caring person. I highly recommend her.

I am super impressed with Dr. Julia Allen and her staff. As a new patient she started with a very detailed review of my situation and concerns. This was followed by a detailed exam. I already feel like I have a friend who is dedicated to improving my quality of life.
