Sometimes, when entitlement goes unchecked for a long time, when it does get checked, it looks like disrespect.Most of the field staff that I experienced with this company were pretty rude. Every person just texts or calls you that they're coming or just shows up. Every single person, I told the same thing, please ask me, instead of telling me. I mean, really, it's, how would you feel, if someone told you, they're coming to house? As if what you have going on doesn't matter and you're not important. There's a lot of work involved with being here or working times, which is no problem at all. My mother is bed bound, which means she can not open the door. I had a therapist,...read full review
