I was so impressed with his office that I asked Doctor Edmonds about it. He said he wanted to create a more personalized patient care atmosphere. In my opinion, he succeeded. My visits were comfortable, and the dental work was first-class. Truthfully, I feel like I need to mention every employee there. They all worked together to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Tiffany cleaned my teeth during that first visit and took the time to explain a couple of best practices so clearly that she altered the way this 65-year-old man brushes. Emma was with me from there on, throughout the entire bridge-building process; friendly and knowledgeable, happy to answer my questions. Every person in there was cheerful, and every time I came through the door, it was to a smile and a greeting, “We already have you checked in, Mr. Campbell.” I was on time, and so were they. I hardly even remember what their waiting room looked like. When I went to the back, I was never left alone. Someone was always there, and more typically, several people. This is a 180-degree difference from every other dentist’s office I’ve been in. The toughest surgery I had to undergo was the breakup and removal of the shell of an old tooth to make way for my new bridge. Even that was made bearable by a TV in the ceiling, very smartly tuned to a home remodeling channel that kept me nicely distracted. I am not saying everything was perfect. A temp cap fell off after a few weeks, but when I went in, Doctor Edmonds replaced it himself to be safe. On top of everything else, the price was reasonable. I have insurance through dentalplans.com and paid a thousand dollars less than my stepmom for the exact same procedure. All in all, this was an easy five-star call!
