Woke up to a leak under the house this morning. Hubby made a call on his way to work. Billy was here and fixed the problem when in 2 hours. It was very reasonable. Sure wasn't no arm and leg. If y'all have plumbing problems call O and J Superior Plumbing highly recommend.
We had a major blockage. We had them come out and they isolated the blockage location and began working on it despite our setup being done wrong. They could have just said it couldn't be done but they stayed and fixed it for us. Extremely professional, polite, and affordable. He really could have stuck it to us on the bill, being it was two days before Christmas. Absolutely will be using them again!
Repaired one problem, left us for another. paid 2200,- dollars for a new waterheater install and they left me with no hot water in guest bathroom tub. They refused to repair the problem after the owner promised they would repair at no cost to me. Shameful and unprofessional !!!! That's what you get when you try to go local...
