I called Tyler Powell late on a Thursday afternoon about a tankless water heater in a home my clients were in the process of buying. The very next day, he & Zach Hodges went to the home, diagnosed the issue, and that day, he placed the order for a new part. Yesterday, Tyler & Zach installed a new igniter switch and immediately, hot water was running thru all the faucets of this home my client's are buying.
