Phil went to much effort to help me salvage a usb stick downloaded with over 250 paid for iTunes. It would play only 2. He had to download all several times and change formats too each download. He didn’t quit. I made apple turnovers for him as a bonus. They have also rescued us many times with computers. Nice to have good customer service locally,😜
