I dropped off my dresses on Monday and was told they’d be ready for pick up the next day. I stopped to pick up 3 times that week and was told they’re not ready. 8 days later, the owner called me and told me they’ve been robbed and offered a refund. I understand that this is not their fault and out of their control but they should’ve told me when I came in the first time. I would’ve waited rather than stopping by every other day and the girl at the front desk asking me to leave because I’m asking where my dresses went.
