I SUGGEST YOU DON'T EITHER IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR MONEY BEING STOLEN (THAT'S WHAT IT FEELS LIKE TO ME!) OR HAVING ANY KIND REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE. NOT ONLY DO I FEEL LIKE I OVER PAID FOR EYE GLASSES, THEY DON'T EVEN WORK! I CAN'T SEE MY COMPUTER SCREEN AT WORK! I'VE MADE SEVERAL ATTEMPTS AT CONTACTING THEM TO RESOLVE BUT ALL I GET ARE PROMISES TO FIX THE PROBLEM & OR EVEN A RETURN CALL & NOTHING HAPPENS. I'M FORCED TO GO THROUGH A CENTRAL CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER & CAN'T GET THE GARLAND, TEXAS LOCATION OFF EASTGATE TO CALL ME BACK. IT'S LIKE THEY JUST TOOK MY MONEY & NO CARE IN THE WORLD TO GIVE ME WHAT I PAID FOR. DON'T GIVE THEM YOUR TIME OR MONEY- THEY WILL JUST TAKE/ STEAL IT FROM YOU. THEM HIDING THIS PAGE FROM BEING TAGGED ON MY PROFILE ONLY PROVES FURTHER THAT THEY KNOW THIS IS A PROBLEM & ARE TRYING TO KEEP FROM BEING CALLED OUT. REST ASSURE I'LL BE THE LOUDEST WHEEL, WARN AS MANY AS I CAN TO KEEP FROM THEIR MONEY BEING STOLEN & TAKE IT UP WITH BBB AS WELL.
