Salon de Monticello

Nice small salon, each station is rented by stylist. Everything from hair to nails are performed here. Clientele is mostly the older crowd. My mother has been coming here for many years. Everyone is very friendly and kind. They did have a massage therapist but she retired. Facials are also done here as well.

I felt very safe at my first visit back since the Shelter in Place order was put into effect. Obviously, hair and nails can't be worked on while 6' away, but every other precaution was carefully implemented. Only those with appointments are allowed in the building and you have your temperature checked and must answer screening questions before entry. Everyone, without exception, wore a mask (the stylists are only allowed to work on one client at a time, btw) and there were plenty of bottles of hand sanitizer scattered around. Nice salon with hair stylists, facialist, and manacurist. Ckean, well-lighted, comfortable. Kathy Ward has been my excellent stylist for many years and Carrie Brooks will give you these best shampoo you've ever had.
