“Tactical Gym Elite is our new gym home! Joined on the family membership a few months ago after our trainer moved client roster. The atmosphere is an energetic, respectful, motivating environment of members who are serious about training.
The gym is a hidden gem off route 30. There is a check-in procedure at the lobby which makes it a safe space. There is a wide variety of machines, cable attachments, free weights, cardio equipment and a boxing bag. Even when the gym is busy, you can always find something to use and not have to skip training a muscle group. Members and staff are all very polite and keep the gym tidy. The ancillary services are awesome too, there are infrared saunas, massage chairs and a posing room. Tactical Gym Elite will be our gym home for the long term.
The only less positive feedback is that the ladies' sauna takes upwards of 30-45 mins to heat to its max temp of 150 deg, especially if the starting temp is only 80 deg. The mens' sauna seems to heat faster only taking 5-10 mins. Barring unexpected electrical power outages, the easy workaround is to just turn on the ladies' sauna 30-45 mins before the end of your workout. The interior surfaces and crevices of all the machines could use a deep clean and regular sweeping. This however does not detract from an overall excellent gym experience.”
