Eye Care Vision Center provides great and professional eye care experiences. The staff, including receptionists, office managers, and technicians, are all super nice, friendly, and professional. Dr. Mark Ruiz is noted as great and comforting. The in-house eye glass center is great with competitive prices and quality. The waiting room is cozy. The team is helpful and accommodating, even providing urgent assistance to travelers. Many customers have been loyal patients for over 15 to 20 years and plan to return again and again.
I have visited this eye care center for over 20 years. It has been all great experiences. Dr. Ruiz, receptionists, office managers, technician Daniel, who actually makes your glasses, are all super nice, friendly and professional.
I cannot think of any reason to not come back here again and again.
5 stars! This is not my regular eye doctor but I was traveling and lost my glasses and backup pair of contacts and was in desperate need of a back up pair. I started calling local places and Eye Care Vision Center was able to provide me a trial pair free of charge. They were so nice and I cannot thank them enough for helping me out.
I have been their customer/patient for over 15 years. For eye exam, Dr. Mark Ruiz is great. And their in-house eye glass center is great, too. I do not wear contact lenses, so cannot comment on that area.For traditional eye glasses, their price and quality is competitive. Friendly receptionists, as well. This is for the Garland office.
