We stumbled upon E.T. Service when we had a forklift down last summer and needed to get it up and running asap. Our previous repair company said they would get to it within 48 hours but Erick from E.T. was there within a couple hours and had us back up and running. THANK YOU!
We shopped around for PM's on our units and Kayla from the office was incredibly helpful in making sure we got the best value for our PM's. Based on the level of service and the costs associated with them, we decided to move forward with ET and are very thankful for the partnership with them.

E.T. [came out to my] home in Royse City to look at an electrical problem on my '03 New Holland DC29DU. Eric had the hidden disconnected wire repaired and the tractor started in less than 30min! The $125 srv call fee was expected and not unfair, but the total $295 was a shock and is the only reason this is not a 5* review. However, I would use them again. THANK YOU, ERIC!
