The Abercrombies are the nicest and most accommodating people to work with when replacing a roof. Tom walked me through the entire process, making recommendations and guiding me through the process with filing insurance. They have done our roof three times due to hailstorms. When we had a bad hailstorm in September of 2023, they were my first call right after insurance. Tom was honest and upfront and told me to wait through the winter and summer for the real damage to appear. His assessment was correct. I would give them more stars if I could.
