DSW and Habitat have helped me with my mobile home. I had flooding with Helene last year that was 'minor' compared to many others. My insulation belly was ruined, ducts were exposed, and the dampness was a real issue.
Everyone I dealt with was wonderful. I've got gutters, a repaired belly, and a real chance of better cooling/heating in here and lower utilities bills. It's such a relief.
Santiago and his crew were wonderful to work with, I felt fully taken care of by this group.
This company did my mom's house but I was the one taking care of things for her. This company went thru 3 project managers & had to redo work from one project manager. One manager informed me that he was overloaded & some people had been waiting a year before they went back into their houses. Then of course they didn't have workers for a while. Communication wasn't great. I am just thankful it's over & my mom is back in her house. As for the work inside the house, well you know the saying you get what you pay for sometimes.
Dsw homes has saved my house for my son I might start crying but it's true since I cannot feel my fingers because I have arthritis in my neck and I just got another injection to see if I can fill my fingers. This is why I'm not typing or writing. The bad script would probably be more important to see that. It's the truth when habitat for humanity. Call me back and said we're going to save your ounce I didn't think about me. I just thought about my son and I said thank you very much Nikki Ward
