“Quick review for Palm Beach Tan in Katy today. I went in to start a five-pack of their highest-level bed before a wedding. I completely understand and agree that they can’t give you the full time on your first session — safety first, and they don’t know how your skin will react. No issue there at all.

My only frustration was that I paid full price for five full sessions, but the first one is automatically shortened. That should be clearly stated at purchase. If the first session is only six minutes, they should either note it clearly or sell a package of six so you still end up with five full-length tans.

When I voiced that, Sam — the manager — stepped in immediately. She was kind, professional, and took great care of me by adding complimentary tans to make it right. She truly went above and beyond.
