It had been over 20 years since I last had highlights, so I was honestly nervous about making such a big change — especially after such a long time.

“Amazing experience... went in for a $400 treatment and Roni explained I didn't need what I thought I did. We discussed my hair for 15mins and then she gave me a cut... but didn't do the Keratin and other treatments.

This saved me a ton of money and cost her a 3 hour booking... so she is clearly 100% focused on customer care, retaining clients, and always looking out for her customer's best interest.
