I have high praise for the ladies I worked with at Ivy Cottage. Kind, professional, and ready to go to great lenghts to make everything work out just the way you had hoped it would. I called from out of state to make a special order for a family member. Unfortunately I had the wrong address for my delivery. I discovered nothing was delivered to my cousin that evening when we talked. I was able to text with a very helpful employee, let her know, she contacted her Boss. Ivy Cottage is a hidden gem in Friona! I went expecting to find plants and small gifts and left stocked up on some hard to find kitchen items that I typically have to pay to be shipped to me. Owner, Misty is also very welcoming and helpful!

Fantastic shop with the best staff on the planet!! I love the owner beyond measure. She always goes above and beyond for her customers. She could teach a course on customer service!
