Was recommended to this cardiologist by two different individuals that I work with as they stated they were great doctors. I called to make sure they took my medical insurance and the girl that answered the phone said let me double check. She came back and said great news we do! So I made an appointment which was a ways out because the doctors were fully booked. The day of my appointment an hour before to be exact, I received a phone call stating that my insurance is not taken. Not a place I would go again. I was given an appointment to consult Dr.Bhalla ( was not aware there were 2,found out by fluke) for today May 27,2021 at 10 :30 at the Friends wood office.I was told to go 30 minutes earlier tk fill up the forms.I got there in time but to find out they are NOT there!!The girl at the desk was curt and was not helpfulAfter several calls to Orion and having listened to umpteen automated messages,I went back and showed the same girl the address I was given.Then she tells me ,"oh ,we share the office".!!??Another staff comes out and says they are there only Mondays.I took a day off from work to see this DoctorWhy was I given an appointment...read full review
