Awful! Booked online. Received confirmation. Took off work for this appointment. Showed up 10 min early. Receptionist was not aware I was coming. She proceeded to call the acupuncturist who says that I was”rescheduled”; checked my email and texts for reschedule notification. No text, emails or missed calls. This lady just completely “No Showed” on me w/ Zero notice. I’m in so much pain - if she had an ounce of courtesy, she’d have reached out at least giving me an opportunity to make an appointment somewhere else. Beyond unprofessional and rude! I wish I could give zero stars!
