I highly recommend this salon! From the moment I walk in, everyone is smiling, friendly, and welcoming. I've never had to wait more than a couple of minutes to get in the chair, and I always feel comfortable, never rushed during my appointments. Cheyenne was my stylist for about 3 years, but when she left the salon last year she offered to transfer me to Sara. During that initial appointment with Sara, she took the time to go over my past hair history, really look at my hair and talk with me about what I was wanting to do with my color. I love J. Miles and have been going to this salon for almost 10 years. Sara is my hair guru and has been on my roller coaster ride of different hair colors (back and forth from blond to brown, etc.). I know each of the ladies and have used them for myself or my family if Sara is booked and we are in a rush. Sara is very knowledgeable with color and is very professional. I just read a review that was pure slander towards Sara. That review sounds like someone who prefers the $11 box color is mad that they spent money to try and clean up their poor hair care. My daughters and I have been clients of Melinda for 15+ years. We love her! Tiffany has also done my daughter’s summer highlights and they are beautiful. This salon is a lot of fun and you can tell the stylists enjoy each other and their jobs. Go see them; you will leave happy!
