Absolutely UNPROFESSIONAL! Initial consult meeting was great. Scheduled a session the next Monday. Monday comes and I'm in the front entrance area waiting for Carlos. Sent him a text to let him know I was there but he said he was stuck in traffic and I could either wait 20mins or reschedule. I ended up rescheduling to the next morning, Tuesday. STILL DID NOT SHOW UP!! This time he didn't even bother replying to my text or picking up my call. Waited about 15mins and left. I understand that things happen, traffic etc. but come on... the least you could do is let your client know you are running late (or cancel the session if you can't wake up!) instead of... read full review

Carlos is an AMAZING trainer. I use to dread anything physical but his workouts are so intense yet so satisfying that now I’m addicted . He caters to your fitness level and pushes you to be better. He customizes an nutritional plan and workout to cater to your fitness goals. I’ve achieved amazing results in my short 2 months with him. The facility is amazing and all the staff are very professional and friendly. Great atmosphere to workout in.

I love going to Carlos! The workouts are very intense but he makes sure to cater to your fitness level. Plus he gives a lot of information on nutrition thy is beneficial. It works if you work it!
