“I'm just beginning the process after almost a year of trying to decide what area of the city I prefer. My first visit to Cervelle was impressive. Kathi gave us a lot of information and Chris let us look around at finished construction to get a better feel for the floorplans. As to the majority of the negative comments I've seen online regarding Cervelle: 1) race - I'm not a person of color so I can't speak to that experience; 2) professionalism - everyone I've ever spoke with at Cervelle has been the consummate professional, on the phone and in person. They aren't flashy - no big screen monitors to show floorplans, no fancy website or interactive design software - but I'd rather not pay for flash so I'm good with that; 3) amenities - there are no splash pads, fancy playgrounds, community centers, or workout rooms - I don't want to pay for all that, either, so I like that Cervelle has given us a different option. I'll update my review as I go through the process but it looks great so far.“
