The best builder in the Houston area for the dollar. I personally lived in a Cervelle home for 15 years and it was an extremely well built home. The amount of square footage you get for the dollar you spend cant be beat. They have the best garage options with barn garages and second story options. They are the only builder I have seen that will build massive garages for their homes.

I'm just beginning the process after almost a year of trying to decide what area of the city I prefer. My first visit to Cervelle was impressive. Kathi gave us a lot of information and Chris let us look around at finished construction to get a better feel for the floorplans. As to the majority of the negative comments I've seen online regarding Cervelle: 1) race - I'm not a person of color so I can't speak to that experience; 2) professionalism - everyone I've ever spoke with at Cervelle has been the consummate professional, on the phone and in person. They aren't flashy - no big screen monitors to show floorplans, no fancy website or interactive design software - but I'd rather not pay for flash so I'm good with that; 3) amenities - there are no splash pads, fancy playgrounds, community centers, or workout rooms - I don't want to pay for all that, either, so I like that Cervelle has given us a different option. I'll update my review as I go through the process but it looks great so far.
