I thought Dr. Vu and her staff were very professional and nice. I was even called and offered a different appt time so I would not have to wait due to Dr. Vu having surgery before my appt. She spent a good deal of time with me since this was my first visit. I went in for a rash and she ended up doing a full skin exam too. She was professional and pleasant and even gave me a couple refills on the prescriptions she wrote. I have nothing bad to say about my appt.
The office was nice and the staff was ok too. The 60$ copay got me about 7 minutes of the drs time & as a new patient, it was very rushed. I felt like it was a waste of money and time as nothing was accomplished in the visit either.
I have seen Dr Vu many times for various reasons. I am ALWAYSsatisfied with the results or consultation. My husband sees her and othersin my family. Happy she is so close to our home.
