Specialties Company is a great shop with awesome, fast service. The staff personnel are all very friendly, very professional, and nice people. Everyone from the front desk to the technician shop is extremely knowledgeable of the products, has a genuine understanding of application, and provides amazing, outstanding customer service. They go above and beyond to help, treating customers well. The place has a nice little service office with customer drinks and snacks, a nice cool place to relax while they make your hoses or whatever else you may need. Customers report no bad experiences and are grateful for the reliable work.
Specialties Company is great shop. I bought my first hose in 2022 I haven’t had a bad experience yet. Everyone from the front desk to the technician shop is extremely knowledgeable of the products, has a genuine understanding of application, but also has amazing customer service. I went in today having had some issues with my equipment in the field specialties fixed my hose, and had me out the door in less than an hour. I am so grateful!

I was down in Lake Jackson doing a side job. All I needed was 1/4” JIC swivel 90. After living in Houston for 7 years, not being treated like low priority trash was like seeing my very first pair of …I’m kidding but really service was outstanding. If I lived closer this would be my go to shop.
