My dog had been vomiting through the night, she was lethargic & dehydrated. I called not realizing they were closing. I live a distance away. They agreed to stay & they did. They lovingly examined, cared, for my sweet girl. Im so grateful she's back to her normal self. Thank you to Dr D., Jessie, RCVS team for going the extra mile.
I needed to get my fur baby emergency care. I was reassured that I could bring my feline friend in immediately. Even with an already full schedule, they fit him in and were so kind and helpful. It's because of their compassion that I was able to remain calm. I was concerned that with all of the fees, x-ray and medication that I would not be able to cover all of the fees. I was so grateful that I was able to that I cried over the phone while speaking with the veterinarian. What started as a scary and dire situation was handled with care and efficiency. My puppy was injured this morning, her eye was bulging out of its socket. I called the clinic and the staff immediately took my information and told me to come in. My King Charles spaniel could have lost her eye. But these heroes and the wonderful vet returned my puppy to me safe sound and beautiful within hours. I have used them in the past when another vet owned the clinic, he was ok, but this new staff and vet is exceptional. Thank you thank you I love you guys.
