Our first interaction with Zjovan was shockingly rude and aggressive. From the moment she answered the phone, she spoke in a harsh, condescending tone and immediately insisted she had spoken to us a week prior—despite this being our very first call. When we tried to explain that we were new clients simply seeking tax help after buying a home and having a baby, she became even more dismissive and short-tempered. Her hostility made it clear that she had no interest in providing any level of professional service. Absolutely unacceptable behavior.

This was my first time going to her. My normal guy was booked up for the next few weeks, so I found here. I was able to get in right away, so I liked that. She isn't working in a office space currently, but she's quick. She charged me $350 and then the software fees, so my cost totaled up to almost $470. That's really my only complaint. Not sure if she itemizes. Its less than H&R Block, but far more than my normal guy, who never charges software fees.
