Everything about this place was top notch! They have an optometrist next door; you can get your prescription and then walk over and look at Vision Works' myriad of fantastic frames. The associates there are tops in customer service and friendliness. Check it out!
When I set the appointment on Friday, the person was so nice and friendly. It felt like they were genuinely glad I called. The appointment on Saturday was just as great. I appreciated the help figuring out my contacts, the kindness, and professionalism. This is definitely an office I trust with just these two interactions.
I was visiting the area for a birthday party on a Saturday. Soon as we got to the party I had issues with my glasses and lost a screw and couldn't see to safely drive home. Already on a time crunch to get to a second bday party, i searched the area for closest pharmacy or grocery store. Made it to the local Target, planned to pick up a eye glass repair kit, but of course, they were out of stock. Frustrated and upset I googled eye glasses and up popped VisionWorks- 433 ft. away. I looked up from my phone to find this location was in the same shopping center that I was.
