Twin Kell Cleaners provides a decent job with a polite and lovely staff. However, some customers report a significant decline in cleaning quality over recent months. There are also concerns about high prices and estimates not matching final charges, with one quote being 40% lower than the actual cost. Service can sometimes take too long. While the staff is nice, some feel the cleaning results do not justify the expensive prices.
Decent job but be careful with the estimates. They quoted $40 and charged $56. Granted, it is only a $16 difference, but the 40% discrepancy would have been tougher if I had more clothes. Just looking out for y'all!
This staff was extremely polite and nice.. the service was during the holidays and it took way too long for me to retrieve my items. It was extremely expensive giving the fact that the reputation of the store...
I was happily coming here for almost two years but noticed a significant decline in cleaning, not service, over the last 6 months. The women who work here are absolutely lovely! I just do not want to pay for clothes that, to me, do not seem as if they have ever been cleaned.
